Life at iSlow Coliving
This Coliving experience is for all remote workers who love being outdoors, hiking and discovering the coast of Galicia through A Costa da Morte.
Located in Laxe, A Costa da Morte is one of the most beautiful and impressive regions of northern Spain. Discover its wild beaches, breathtaking cliffs and sightseeing as a whole. The sea builds the identity of the villages that participants will discover along The Lighhouse Way. The Pop Up also includes local community activities and skill-sharing sessions with the goal of connecting with the local and international Laxe and iSlow Coliving community.
Participants will not only find a hiking experience. The theme surrounding the entire Pop Up is the development of strengths and soft skills through professionally guided sessions.
THE DESTINATION
Laxe, A Coruña, Galicia, Spain
iSlow, the Coliving accommodation, is located 1 km from the town of Laxe, one of the most lively villages of A Costa da Morte, Galicia.
Laxe has good connections by public transport (by bus) with the main urban centers of Galicia. In this sense, it is easy to reach from A Coruña (66 km) and Santiago de Compostela (70.5 km). These cities have their own airport, connecting with several Spanish and international destinations.
Laxe is an ideal starting point for exploring the region of Galicia, as it combines the tranquility of the coastal villages with quick access to the vibrant urban centers.
Coliving Highlighted Activities
Strenghts Uncovered Sessions
In order to address the theme of the Pop Up experience, 3 sessions or workshops will be held to work on the strengths and soft skills of the participants in the experience. The sessions, which will last approximately 3 hours, will be led by Danila Koard.
Hiking along the Camino de los Faros (Lighthouse Trail)
4 half-day excursions to complete a total of 2 stages of the Camino de los Faros. These outings are the ideal context in which to continue working on strengths as it is the central theme of the Pop Up.
Foliada
As a closing of the Pop Up, the colivers will meet with the local community of Laxe to have fun, sing and dance in an informal gathering to get in touch with the musical tradition of Galicia.
